    All debris removed and hole was backfilled to grade.

    Full kitchen demo, down to the studs and sub flooring.

    Slab demo/Sod install

    Removing a concrete slab that shifted tremendously, bringing area to grade and installing sod.

    🔨 ANOTHER MASSAPEQUA DEMOLITION IN THE BOOKS! 🔨


    Friday and Saturday, Nicky’s Property Management Corporation and our five-man crew took over the Harbor Green section of our hometown of Massapequa for another major interior demolition project.


    Over the course of two days, our crew demolished and removed approximately 2,300 square feet of wood and ceramic tile flooring throughout the entire main level of this residence, along with:


    • All baseboard molding

    • One-story indoor gas fireplace

    • Kitchen cabinets

    • Kitchen island with marble countertops


    Every bit of debris was properly removed and disposed of, and upon completion, the entire work area was thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed down to the subfloor, leaving it ready for the next phase of construction.


    Five men. Two days. 2,300 square feet. Done right.
